At Flemings Equipment, our focus is providing quality OEM parts & solutions with an industry leading warranty. Traditional industry standards dictate that parts and service warranties last a maximum of 90 days. However, Flemings Equipment Services Inc. is proud to offer our valued customers with a full 1 year limited warranty to guarantee that all parts purchased from us are free of defects in material and workmanship.

FLEMINGS EQUIPMENT SERVICE INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE), EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.

FLEMINGS EQUIPMENT SERVICES INC. WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Incorrect installation, neglect to follow any applicable start up or break-in procedures.

Replacement costs outside that of the total cost of the original item, including repair cost, loss of use, or other incident.

​The Limited Warranty does not cover any costs associated with the installation, removal, shipping, or replacement of the Warranted Products, including, without limitation, labour and material costs.

Damages incurred from previous failures, whether originating up stream, or downstream of the component.

Normal maintenance service and expendable, high-wear items.

Repairs or adjustments caused by: improper use; failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures; use of unauthorized attachments; accident or other casualty.

Liability for incidental or consequential damages of any type, including, but not limited to lost profits or expenses of acquiring replacement equipment.

Any Warranted Product that has been opened, disassembled, inspected, altered, repaired, or modified in any manner without the express prior written consent of Flemings.

Flemings retains the sole and exclusive authority to determine whether a claim qualifies as a Valid Warranty Claim. Any such determination shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal by the Claimant.
No agent, employee or representative of Flemings Equipment Services Inc. has the authority to bind Flemings Equipment Services Inc to any warranty except as specifically set forth herein.
