Traditional industry standards dictate that parts and service warranties last a maximum of 90 days.  However, here at Flemings Equipment Services Inc., we recognize that each client's pain point is unique and problems can re-occur shortly after the 3 month mark - which is why we have raised the standard. Flemings Equipment Services Inc. provides its customers with piece of mind by offering a full 1 year warranty to guarantee that all parts purchased from us are free of defects in material and workmanship.

FLEMINGS EQUIPMENT SERVICE INC. MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE), EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.

ANY OF THESE LIMITATION EXCLUDED BY LOCAL LAW SHALL BE DEEMED DELETED FROM THIS WARRANTY; ALL OTHER TERMS WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY.

SOME PROVINCES OR STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF THESE WARRANTIES AND YOU MAY HAVE GREATER RIGHTS UNDER YOUR PROVINCIAL OR STATE LAW.

FLEMINGS EQUIPMENT SERVICES INC. WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:

1. Transportation to selling business location or, at the option of the Original Retail Purchaser, the cost of a service call.

2. Normal maintenance service and expendable, high-wear items.

3. Repairs or adjustments caused by: improper use; failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures; use of unauthorized attachments; accident or other casualty.

4. Liability for incidental or consequential damages of any type, including, but not limited to lost profits or expenses of acquiring replacement equipment.

No agent, employee or representative of Flemings Equipment Services Inc. has the authority to bind Flemings Equipment Services Inc to any warranty except as specifically set forth herein.
