At Flemings, we take great care in carefully packaging items to reduce the chance of damages or breakages in transit. All major components and fragile items are crated in house, using dimensional lumber and fir plywood. This extra step in precaution has yielded excellent results, ensuring your parts arrive in excellent condition, every time.

Bulky or heavy items over 80lbs are shipped coast to coast across Canada & USA via LTL truck freight from our Coldstream, British Columbia Facility. Orders placed on most in-stock items before 11am PST are usually shipped the same day. Tracking information will be provided by email at time of shipment. Standard transit times apply. When freight is shipped to a local depot, and designated hold for pickup - certain carriers may apply storage charges for items left warehoused for periods longer than 4 days after initial notification. Any charges incurred by storage, or by freight redirection at customers request after time of shipment will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Although rare, in the event of any freight damage or shortage, claims must be made to Flemings Equipment by email within 14 days of receipt, including photos and description of damage. A replacement part will be issued by Flemings equipment at our discretion if necessary. Flemings equipment will not be responsible for loss of use during any replacement process.
