
OUR RETURN POLICY
PARTS & COMPONENTS, NEW, REBUILT & USED:

Parts sold by Flemings Equipment Services, excluding custom orders, are covered by our 30 day return policy, unless specifically noted below or labeled on invoice. Parts may be returned to our location within 30 calendar days of original purchase for in store parts credit only, as long as the following conditions are met:

Items must be be in original packaging.

Items must not have been installed, dissasembled, modified, damaged, or used.

All freight charges, to and from, are the responsibility of the customer (Including any freight charges previously covered under any previous or current promotion.)

A re stock fee may apply in certain cases, which will be discussed before returns are made.​

Flemings Equipment must be notified of any returns prior return.

EXCLUSIONS:

All electrical components & software are final sale, and non returnable.​

All used engines are final sale.

PARTS CREDIT:
​
-
An issued parts credit may be used for in stock parts & items only.

Parts credits issued can be applied to freight charges if requested by customer.

Parts credits are non-transferable, and may only be used by the original purchasing party.

CORE RETURN POLICY
​
All components cores must be returned complete & assembled within 30 days of receipt, or otherwise agreed upon in writing by Flemings Equipment. We make core returns easy. Trucking & transportation for the return is included when the original freight is pre billed by us. We take care off all paperwork and scheduling.

All cores returned must OEM, and meet terms listed on invoice for credit or refund.

All core return credits are processed on the last Friday of each month. Core charges will be refunded in full to the original method of payment, including any all taxes applicable.

Cores with pre-charged freight by Flemings Equipment must returned from the same original ship to address, unless agreed upon prior.
